Diann Fisher: 01/06/23 : your fears have come to fruition; these homes have been bombarded with high waves and pounding surf from a very recent storm and are now under mandatory evacuation. Two more storms are approaching, and the entire coastal areas of Monterey Bay and those adjacent areas are having severe damage.

So cool. Love your capture, Joyce! I would be afraid to live in these homes. They are RIGHT ON the water. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. (lf)

Joyce, I just love the bright pastel colors here. Enchanting scene and so perfectly observed and captured by you! I'm sorry to have missed so many of your latest works. Not possible to keep up with everyone and everything. But when I visit your galleries I am always so in love with your beautiful works. Just about to write you a note ! Hugs J . L/F

Adorable and beautiful cottages, and I love the water. The capture of the soft waves and birds gives this a moment in time. I'm not saying that well, but I love it. Gorgeous shot! l/f!
