Beautiful composition Joyce---quite a departure from your other works. I am curious to know about your inspiration for creating this artwork? L&F Wishing you continuing good health and happiness in 2015
Joyce Dickens replied:
Hi Doug and thank you for the beautiful comment on both of my latest digital pieces...the inspiration for this came from music - I had someone tell me how beautiful the sounds of the "Oud" are, which is the instrument layered into this piece....they were right - the music was hauntingly beautifuland created visions of the desert and camels, etc....it just flowed from there - I love the warmth of this piece, but my favorite of the two is the blue one...thanks again my friend!!!
