Description
I shot this heavenly sunset in Pacific Grove, California on January 28, 2019. The sky had been so overcast that I almost left before the "Grand Show"; this shot was taken several minutes after the sun actually had set, at which time the colors just exploded.
This image has a special meaning to me, as this was the day that my dear Mother was buried at the City of Monterey Cemetery; I was fortunate to have my dear friend Howard Stapleton, and my family, including my Cousin Steve Spurlin there with me for the service.
