I shot this tree while it was underwater at Whiskeytown Lake west of Redding, CA. on October 21, 2016. It was begging me to play with it so here it is in black and white with a slight bit of editing but not much as the tree was responding to the water current. The bright area on the right as well as the branches were being naturally sunlit as the sun was intense and able to reach through the water at the shoreline...
