Description
This image was captured in 2013; the Main Coon Kitten was my granddaughter's at the time. They have since had to find a new home for this gorgeous but very mischievous cat.
The Maine Coon is a native New Englander Cat, hailing from Maine, where he was a popular mouser, farm cat and, most likely, ship’s cat, at least as far back as the early 19th century.
